Datawatch to Present at The Wall Street Analyst Forum: BI Market Consolidation Creates Increased Market Opportunity for the Company
Chelmsford, MA - November 20, 2007 - Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ-CM: DWCH) a leader in Enterprise Information Management, today announced that Kenneth Bero, COO and SVP of sales and business operations; Murray Fish, CFO and VP of finance; and John Kitchen, SVP and CMO, will attend The Wall Street Analyst Forum on Wednesday, November 28, 2007, at The Princeton Club, 15 W. 43rd St., New York, NY.
Datawatch recently announced that Robert Hagger, current president and CEO, will retire effective December 31, 2007, and Bero will succeed Hagger in these positions. The Datawatch presentation, entitled “Bridging the Gap between Documents and Data to Drive Better Corporate Decision Making”, will be led by Bero and is scheduled for 10:30 AM EST on November 28, 2007. This follows the Company’s Q4 and FY 2007 earnings release issued on November 27, 2007.
In the presentation, Bero will discuss how the Business Intelligence and Content Management markets continue to intersect in this new space called Enterprise Information Management, and how Datawatch is poised to take advantage of this trend. Datawatch transforms existing business documents and reports into live, actionable data for analysis and better business decision making, and provides programming free analytic tools that don’t require database scripting expertise, offering a compelling sales proposition. In addition, Bero will discuss how the recent wave of BI acquisitions is expected to further create market opportunities for the Company.
