Inside Sales Representative - CODE: ISR

To be successful, you must be able to qualify leads that come from a variety of sources (including software downloads) and work the sales pipeline through to close. In addition, the company has channel partners that can provide leverage to your territory and you must be able to work with these resellers to assist them in closing business.

The qualified candidate must have a successful track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas and must possess an aggressive attitude toward hitting quota and achieving success in the territory.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Drive revenue by both taking sales direct and collaborating with channel partners as appropriate
• Ability to make a minimum of 300 calls and complete 50-75 conversations a must
• Set strategy and tactics for managing a specific territory and associated sales revenue in the territory by developing clear territory plans
• Stay current with email and web based content security technology and competition
• Stay current with report analytics technology and competition
• Work closely with marketing to cultivate opportunities in the territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of sales experience in the software industry.
• BI or software reporting tool sales experience (a major plus)
• Understanding of sales process and moving prospects through the pipeline from qualification through to closed sale
• Proven ability to qualify and close opportunities over the phone in a high transaction
• "Whatever it takes to get the job done" work ethic
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
