Business Development Executive
Mission:
To work cooperatively with Marketing and Sales Departments to build sales pipeline.
Role:
The role will mainly involve calling into a mix of existing and new business prospects in order to deliver well-qualified sales leads, including appointment setting, as well as building and maintaining excellent relationships with them to help generate revenue. The role requires experience of working at the “C” corporate level, with knowledge of corporate titles, hierarchies and structures.
Requirements:
- To work directly with Sales personnel to achieve key account development.
- To work to achieve individual and group goals to satisfy targets.
- Experience of using M/S Windows is required whilst SalesForce.com or CRM knowledge is a plus.
- A methodical individual with excellent time management, prioritisation and administrative skills; an excellent communicator with a clear and articulate telephone manner.
- The ability to accept direction and coaching to improve performance and general management on a day to day basis; ideally suited to a fast paced, changing, technical environment.
Candidate:
- The candidate will ideally be friendly, confident yet professional that is likewise a team player who is proactive, energetic and enthusiastic in their approach.
- This person must be self-motivated that can work independently with at least 2 years successful telesales/ telemarketing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of foreign language/s a plus, particularly French or Dutch.
